About the Role:
We have several full-time, permanent positions available across our production departments, including Spinning, Winding, Twisting, Blending, and Carding. These are practical, hands-on roles that form the heart of our manufacturing process.
- Full training provided – no prior experience necessary
- Experience working with natural fibres or in textiles is a plus
- Immediate start available

- Good communication and timekeeping skills
- A keen eye for detail and pride in your work
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced production environment
Working Hours:
- Alternating shift pattern:
- Morning Shift: 6am – 2pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2pm – 10pm
(Monday to Friday)
- Occasional weekend work may be required
