SUSTAINABILITY

Sustainability Champions Network

Sustainability continues to be a pressing concern for the UK’s fashion and textile sector. In response, the Centre has been at the forefront of supporting business transformation through various initiatives such as the ‘Sustainability Strategy Programme’ – developed to bridge the gap in practical, business-oriented sustainability knowledge and support.

Building on this foundation, the Centre has launched a new initiative: the Sustainability Champions Network. Designed in collaboration with leading industry experts and practitioners, this network will offer a unique platform for continued learning, professional development, and peer-to-peer knowledge exchange. Participants gain access to pre-competitive resources, best practice case studies, and a growing community committed to sustainable progress.

New training content is also in development, with a focus on actionable strategies that deliver measurable environmental and commercial benefits -reducing energy, water, chemical use, waste, emissions, and effluent across operations.

We’re excited about the potential of the Sustainability Champions Network to build sector-wide capacity and foster a new generation of sustainability leaders.
