The Cotton Industry War Memorial Trust (CIWMT) is a registered charity that came together from an amalgamation of Textile Unions, Textile Employers’ Associations and the Board of Trade & Industry. The Trust provides funding for good causes through its link to the textile industry across the North West of England.

The Centre holds a fund that allows Yorkshire & Lancashire based cotton and dyeing business funding towards the cost of:

-Industry Approved Courses for support businesses.

-Graduate Study Support

-Technician Training on textile equipment and machinery

-Additional support for Apprentices

Employers can apply for up to 50% of the costs associated with training from the categories listed above.
