Job Summary:
The Section Warping Operator is responsible for the loading and unloading of creels, operation, and monitoring of section warping machines to prepare warp beams according to specified yarn types, lengths, and widths. The operator ensures quality standards are maintained and that equipment is operated efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
• Machine Operation: Set up and operate section warping machines according to
production orders and specifications.
• Yarn Handling: Load yarns to and from creels, align yarn ends, and ensure correct tension and alignment throughout the warping process.
• Quality Control: Inspect warp beams for uniformity, defects, tension consistency, and alignment. Report correct issues as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs including yarn types, lengths, defects, and machine settings.
• Maintenance: Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance. Report any major mechanical issues to maintenance.
• Safety: Follow all plant safety rules and use proper PPE. Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
• Experience: Prior experience in a textile or weaving production environment preferred,
especially in warping.
• Knowledge: Understanding of yarn properties, tension control, and machine mechanics.
• Skills: Attention to detail, manual dexterity, ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Good numerical skills
• Technical training in textile operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices is desirable.
