Following the success of previous events, this members-only gathering has been created to bring together professionals from across the textile, manufacturing and engineering sectors to share insights, explore innovation and strengthen industry connections.
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from an exceptional line-up of speakers, including Korhan Yildirim, Site Director at Burberry Castleford, alongside members of the senior leadership team. Together, they will share the story behind Burberry Castleford’s automation journey, exploring how one of Britain’s most iconic luxury brands is successfully amplifying its heritage through advanced manufacturing and automation technologies while preserving the craftsmanship at the heart of its operations.
The event will also feature a guest presentation from senior representatives at Bentley Motors in Crewe. Renowned worldwide for combining traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge engineering, Bentley continues to lead the way in luxury automotive manufacturing through innovation, digitalisation and sustainability initiatives. Their presentation will provide valuable insight into the future of advanced manufacturing within one of the world’s most recognised automotive brands.
In addition, members will hear from Stephen Gill, Group CEO of Arville, one of the UK’s leading technical textile manufacturers. Arville develops specialist fabrics and engineered textile solutions for sectors including aerospace, defence, medical, automotive and industrial applications. Stephen will share his perspective on the latest developments within technical textiles and discuss the vital role innovation plays in driving future growth, performance and global competitiveness.
