Join Arville as a Weaver
Arville is looking for a reliable, motivated and quality-focused Weaver to join our experienced manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established technical textiles business, producing high-quality woven products for a range of specialist applications.
As a Weaver, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring weaving machinery operates efficiently while maintaining Arville’s high standards of quality, safety and productivity.
What will you do as a Weaver?
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring weaving machinery and
- Setting up looms and associated equipment to meet production
- Ensuring products are manufactured to the required quality
- Identifying and reporting weaving faults, breakages and production
- Carrying out routine checks and adjusting maintain efficient machine
- Working with yarns, fabrics and technical textile
- Following production specifications and work
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards within the weaving
- Adhering to all health, safety and quality
- Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the

Previous weaving, textile manufacturing or production experience would be advantageous, although full training can be provided for the right candidate.
