We have launched two new Level 4 apprenticeships – Process Leader and Quality Practitioner – in direct response to demand from our members.
Through our conversations with our member companies and other employers, there has been a clear need for more opportunities to develop skills in process leadership and quality improvement. These additions to our apprenticeship offering respond to those needs, and we already have a large number of employers looking to sign up.
Process Leader – Level 4
Our Process Leader apprenticeship supports employees responsible for leading teams, managing production processes and improving operational performance.
It provides an opportunity for those already in a leadership role, or preparing to take on greater responsibility, to develop their skills and apply their learning directly in the workplace.
Quality Practitioner – Level 4
Our Quality Practitioner apprenticeship is designed for employees involved in maintaining quality standards, investigating quality issues and supporting continuous improvement.
It helps develop the skills needed to identify where improvements can be made and take a structured approach to resolving problems, supporting consistent quality across the business.
Shaped Around Your Business
As with all our apprenticeships, we will work with each employer to tailor delivery to their specific requirements and the apprentice’s role, while meeting the apprenticeship standard.
This means learning is relevant to the business, with opportunities to apply new skills to everyday responsibilities and workplace challenges.
The strong interest in both programmes reflects the need for these skills within our industry. We look forward to working with employers and their teams as they take this next step in their development.
