Pennine Weavers is seeking an experienced mender to join and expand our close-knit team of worsted cloth menders in Huddersfield. If you have a keen eye for detail and the right experience in cloth mending, we invite you to apply.

The role is perfectly suited to someone with some existing knowledge in cloth mending, or a highly experienced mender with a proven track record of high quality provision. For the right candidate, we will consider those with little experience if appropriate.

The role requires a keen eye for detail and a desire to learn new skills. Some of the cloth is of extremely high value therefore, a ‘right-first-time’ attitude and commitment to exact standards of performance is a key attribute.

The role will pay between £450 and £550 a week depending on experience, and a satisfactory probation period.

Standard working hours of Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm are in place. Huddersfield site : Unit 2 Shaw’s Business Park Silver St Huddersfield HD5

The successful applicant will be auto-enrolled into the company pension scheme.
