Sales & Marketing Coordinator

For over 125 years, they’ve been weaving luxury textiles in the heart of Yorkshire, supplying some of the world’s most prestigious fashion houses. Now, they’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help keep that story moving.
The Role – Where Creativity Meets Coordination
This is a pivotal role supporting design, sales, and client relationships with the focus on ensuring excellent service, fast response times and smooth coordination of client requests.
- Managing client enquiries, pricing, and product information
- Supporting sales with follow-ups and ongoing communication
- Coordinating fabric sampling and ensuring timely delivery
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Assisting with trade shows, events, and travel logistics
- Creating engaging content for social media (photo & video)
- Creating presentations and marketing materials
What we’re looking for
The role would suit someone with a strong interest in fashion and textiles, ideally someone with some fashion marketing qualifications or experience.
What matters most:
- A genuine passion for fashion, textiles, and luxury brands
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities
- A proactive, “get stuck in” attitude
- Creative thinking and enthusiasm for marketing and sales
- Experience in creating engaging presentations using PowerPoint
- CRM experience is helpful, but not essential
- Previous experience in a sales/marketing role
- Created content for social media in a business setting; managed business accounts
- Coordinated events or projects
