50th Anniversary Awards Ceremony – This Friday!
We are looking forward to welcoming our guests this Friday for what promises to be a very special evening as we celebrate 50 years of the Textile Centre of Excellence.
The event is fully booked and a full Order of Service with timings has been shared with guests ahead of the evening. In the meantime, here is everything you need to know.
Event Details
Date: Friday 17th April 2026
Time: From 6:00pm
Venue: Cedar Court Hotel, Ainley Top, Huddersfield, HD3 3RH
Parking: Free parking is available – please register your vehicle on arrival.
On the Night
A buffet will be available from 6:00pm, with complimentary drinks on tables and additional drinks available to purchase from the bar. There is no allocated seating, allowing guests to network and move freely throughout the evening. A chocolate fountain, pick & mix and photo booth will also be available to enjoy.
All dietary requirements shared in advance will be catered for – please make yourself known to the waiting staff on arrival.
Dress Code
Dress to impress! Whether you opt for smart, formal or something in between, we want everyone to feel comfortable and celebrate in their own style.
Charity Raffle
Our charity raffle in aid of the Fashion & Textile Children’s Trust will be drawn live during the event, featuring over £3,000 of prizes generously donated by our member companies including Antich & Sons, AW Hainsworth, Bower Roebuck, British Wool, Camira, Cedar Court, John Smedley, the Society of Dyers & Colourists and WooltexUK.

Do I Need a Ticket?
Your Eventbrite confirmation – printed or on your phone – or a copy of your booking email will be sufficient for entry.
Photography & Filming
A professional photographer and videographer will be present on the night. By attending, you may appear in event photography and video content used as part of our 50th anniversary celebrations.
