Learner of the Month – March: Samuel Robinson

We are pleased to recognise Sam as Learner of the Month at Calder Textiles.

Sam has demonstrated a strong commitment to their apprenticeship programme, consistently applying themselves across both practical and theoretical learning. Their progress has been supported by a positive attitude, a willingness to take on feedback, and a clear focus on developing their technical skills within the workplace.

Throughout their training, Sam has shown steady improvement and increasing confidence in their role. This recognition reflects not only their individual effort, but also the value of structured learning pathways within industry settings, where learners can develop skills directly aligned to real production environments.

At the Textile Centre of Excellence, we are proud to support learners like Sam as they build the foundations for long-term careers within the textile sector. Opportunities such as these highlight the importance of collaboration between training providers and employers in developing future talent.

Congratulations to Sam on this well-deserved achievement, and thank you to Calder Textiles for their continued commitment to supporting skills development within the industry.
