We are excited to announce the launch of TCoE Aspire, our brand-new Apprentice Community! This initiative is designed to bring apprentices from across manufacturing businesses together, creating a vibrant network where connections, experiences, and ideas can be shared.

We’re kicking things off with a launch night at The Light, Huddersfield, and we would love all our apprentices to be part of it from day one! This isn’t just another work event — it’s a chance to meet apprentices from different teams and sites, build connections, and help shape a community designed for you.
